22% Down Nope that's not how much the DOW Jones went down today, that's how much of my excess body weight I've lost since Nov. 28th. That's 32 pounds and 2 dress sizes so far. I can start on regular foods now, however I tried a ham and swiss low carb roll-up for dinner. Boy was that a mistake. It didn't set well at all. The 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 5 saltines more than made up for it. It's still going to be trail and error as far as foods go. I just won't know if they work for me until I try them! I'm off to get some milk, gotta get all that protein in!!! |
