Fitness If anyone had told me that I'd have a gym membership, I'd have fallen over laughing. But here it is 2006 and I do indeed have a full membership to a gym. Not only that I get five sessions with a personal trainer. Geez I'm actually going to lose weight and get fit this year. I'm taking it slow; 30 minutes on a recumbrent bike and 20 minutes on the treadmill. Nice and slow pace on both so I don't overdo it. Right now my cousin and I are aiming for a minimum of 3 times a week, but we're shooting for 4. It's a lot more fun to with someone and not to mention way less intimidating. |
